This design-build project is one of eight properties in a historic downtown revitalization project underway by Edge Crew Construction. This project required extensive demolition down to the shell of the building, but key architectural features were retained throughout. In addition to commercial office space, this property also contains residential space on the second floor to serve as an income property.
